
Epsom Salt Feet Bath
Ingredients:
- Warm water
- 1/2 cup of Epsom salts
- Lavender essential oil (optional)
Instructions:
- Fill a bathtub or container with warm water, making sure it covers your feet completely.
- Add the Epsom salt to the water and gently stir it to dissolve.
- If desired, add a few drops of lavender essential oil to increase the relaxing effect.
- Dip your feet in the water and relax for 15-20 minutes.
- If the water cools, you can add a little more warm water.
- After the recommended time, remove your feet from the water and gently dry them with a towel.
- Apply a moisturizer to the feet to keep them soft and hydrated.
Note: Epsom salt helps reduce inflammation and relieve muscle tension, while lavender essential oil provides a relaxing and calming effect.
