Epsom Salt Feet Bath

Ingredients:

  • Warm water
  • 1/2 cup of Epsom salts
  • Lavender essential oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a bathtub or container with warm water, making sure it covers your feet completely.
  2. Add the Epsom salt to the water and gently stir it to dissolve.
  3. If desired, add a few drops of lavender essential oil to increase the relaxing effect.
  4. Dip your feet in the water and relax for 15-20 minutes.
  5. If the water cools, you can add a little more warm water.
  6. After the recommended time, remove your feet from the water and gently dry them with a towel.
  7. Apply a moisturizer to the feet to keep them soft and hydrated.
