
Ginger Hot Compress
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of fresh ginger root
- 2 cups of water
- Cloth or towel
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the piece of fresh ginger root.
- In a pot, add the ginger and water, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let ginger simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the liquid cool slightly.
- Dip the cloth or towel in the hot liquid and drain slightly.
- Apply the warm compress to the sore heel for 10-15 minutes.
- Repeat this process several times a day to relieve heel pain.
Note: Ginger has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that can help reduce heel pain.
